Jana Kramer bio

Jana Kramer became famous on TV, in which she portrayed Alex in One Tree Hill's last three seasons. In episodes of the show the singer-songwriter was seen performing her first country album. The album bearing the same title was featured in the Billboard 200's top 20. Thirty One from 2015 reached 10th place. The last decade saw she was a guest in Dancing with the Stars as she did in TV films and a number of television programs. She also released several singles, but they did not appear on albums. Voices, a self-doubting album was released in 2021. Growing up in Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer was a country music fanatic growing up. music and would eventually pursue a recording career but she made her debut as a performer, who made her screen debut in the indie horror film Dead/Undead while still in her teen years. In the past Kramer was a regular on a variety of shows including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the regular role as Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights in the 2nd season (2007-2008). Kramer was cast as Portia Ranson on 90210 from 2008 to 2009 and Brooke Manning on Entourage 2009 prior to joining the ensemble of the The CW's One Tree Hill as Alex Dupre in the year 2009, where she was on the show until the final season of the show in the year 2012. Jana Kramer Kramer's run on One Tree Hill saw her signing a contract for a single with Elektra Records. In 2011, she premiered the modern country love song I Won't Give Up. The track debuted in mid-2012 and was featured on her first entire album Jana Kramer. The song was featured in the Top Country Albums of Billboard's chart within the Top Five. Later Kramer made a career of acting music and acted in films like Heart of the Country 2013 along with Country Crush 2016, which appealed directly to her fans. Kramer's second album, Thirty One, was released by Warner Music Nashville by Kramer in October of the year 2015. With help from her Top Five country hit I Got the Boy and a duet together with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith it fared even better reaching number 3 on the national albums chart as well as number ten on the Billboard 200. Beginning in September of 2016 the singer was a part of two weeks participating in season 23 of Dancing with the Stars, and finished with an overall fourth-place finish. Also, she scored an adult contemporary smash by singing the track Feels Like Christmas, featuring Straight No Chaser.
